OUTTA HERE!

About a year ago, I received a phone call from a headhunter wanting to chat to me about my employment history and to discuss my career plans. Nothing ever came of it and I have continued to work for the same employer. Alex M went to an interview today that had been organised by a headhunter. It was a local interview so off he went at 9.30am this morning to find the company's building.

Upon arrival at the address, there was a large amount of building work going on and a small office adjoining the site. In he went, to be informed that the company relocated to Milton Keynes over a year ago and that the site had been sold for development! It was clearly a subliminal message.

Today was also Simon H and Lucy R's anniversary, so I sent them both a text message to say congratulations. Neither of them had actually remembered that it was their anniversary and a confused Simon phoned me mid-morning to ascertain whether it was three years or four that they had been going out. I think I'm too organised.
