BIN AND GONE
Our wheelie bin has been stolen. It was there when I went out last night and it's not there now. It's not the first time it has happened, nor is it the first time we have had a theft at this godforesaken property, but it just begs the question 'who steals a wheelie bin?' What kind of person actively goes out at night seeking to steal wheelie bins?
You know what this means don't you? I'm going to have to get dressed up in all black, go out in the dead of night and investigate the housing estates with a view to retrieving our wheelie bin. Might be fun.....

I may be able to answer you query oh speculative one. You may recollect that I spend many a weekend hurling expensive motorcycles at random lumps of countryside for hours on end. This of course necessitates a constant supply of new parts to break and all other associated paraphanlia. One answer to this logistics conumdrum was provided by a fellow competitor. He appeared with a wheelie bin full of clothing / gear/ spares /fuel etc.
Clearly he was not the "Dagenham waste services" that his recepticle purported to be!!Justice was seen to be done when he returned four hours later to find the contents bathed liberally in waste burgers and oily rags, broken muddy plastic and petrol sodden gloves!
Oh how I smiled!!
