SHOWER PROBLEMS
Ever since I moved into my house in Ealing, I have been experiencing problems with the shower in the downstairs bathroom. Until Saturday, a mere 20 days into my tenancy, I could not for the life of me work out why the damned thing would not work. I would pull the cord and the power light would ignite, so something was obviously working properly, although when I tried twisting the heat dial for the water temperature, it simply would not budge. I didn't want to force it so I left it after numerous fruitless attempts.
I have a 2:1 degree in Business Administration with French, I have 28 UCAS points consisting of A-levels in French, Maths and Geography, and an AS Level in Spanish. I have 11 GCSE's including two taken a year early and one at A-Level standard and I averaged 71% for my common entrance. HOWEVER, when the electrician came out to investigate, my true intelligence came to light.....
He turned the dial the other way.

And on top of that, SHUNTA'S ENGAGED. I've only announced it here, in the hope that the news will leak out without any responsibility on my part.

Well you'll never win the contest if you don't know how to turn the heat on!
