COTTAGE CHEESE

And so there I was at the sandwich counter in the canteen (’staff restaurant’) at lunch time today, discussing with work colleagues which sandwich fillings to choose.

“That cottage cheese looks nice, but maybe a bit old, it’s a bit yellow at the top there” a colleague noted.

I had a glance and spotted the grated cheese in the adjacent tub.

“I think that’s just some cheese that’s been knocked off into it…..

…..as it were”.

They avoided the cottage cheese.
