From the sublime to the ridiculous

Today, keeping in running with the man trundling along pushing a wheelbarrow of peat incident, I witnessed another man, in the centre of Croydon, with an old lady holding onto his arm, briskly walking down the main road pushing an armchair.

What is the world coming to?
