Today was the first day of my placement in the Renault Croydon dealership. True to form, I encountered a rather entertaining customer who was possibly having the worst day of her life…..

She came into the dealership to pick her car up after flying in from Rome. Not only had her flight been delayed, but her luggage had, amusingly, remained in Italy. She was in a bit of a state and had spent ‘her last
